Terrible little thing

I’ve been wanting to order a boar bristle brush from Slickd NZ for a minute, but I’m a stay-at-home mum and really have to stick to a budget. I decided to purchase the mini brush and a mini was stick just to try it out first. I excitedly opened the pack today when we received it. The wax stick is okay, nothing incredible but did its job. The brush however, ruined my daughter’s slick back this morning right before leaving for school. The bristles kept catching onto her hair and pulling at it when I’d lift off. So instead of “keeping the odd flyaways at bay”, it cost us an extra 10 minutes having to redo her hair. Very disappointing to say the least. Read so many raving reviews so I was set that this was a sure thing, but nope. I reverted back to our Lady Jayne boar bristle brush and chucked this thing in a drawer. Won’t be using it again. Overpriced, underdelivered.
