Shipping Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our products, delivery timeframes, and what to do if there's an issue.

Order Processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • We aim to dispatch your order on the same day or next business day.

  • In some cases, dispatch may take up to three business days, especially during busier periods.

New Zealand Shipping

  • Once your order is dispatched, it is shipped via our trusted courier partners using overnight delivery.

  • While most parcels arrive the next business day, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural addresses or unexpected courier delays.

Australian Shipping

  • Orders shipped to Australia generally arrive within 10 to 14 business days.

  • In some cases, delivery may take less than a week, but this can vary based on courier performance and customs.

Delivery Instructions

  • If your delivery address has had issues in the past (e.g. missed deliveries or incorrect drop-offs), we highly recommend leaving delivery instructions.

    • You can add these in the “Order Notes” section at checkout, or

    • Use the tracking link (provided via email once your order ships) to leave instructions directly with the courier.

Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact New Zealand Post with your tracking number first — they are best equipped to assist you.

Please note: Slickd NZ is not responsible for stolen parcels or deliveries marked as completed. However, if your parcel is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
